Who this is

This site is operated by Asher Shaw, sole trader, of Queensland, Australia ("I", "me", "my"). If you have any question about this policy, or about information I hold about you, email support@asher-shaw.com.

What I collect

• What you give me. When you request the free training I collect your first name, email address and mobile number. If you answer the questions or book a call, I also collect the answers you give and your booking details.
• What your device gives me. Standard technical information — IP address, browser type, pages visited and referring page — collected by the hosting and analytics services this site uses.

Why I collect it

• To send you the free training you asked for.
• To contact you by email, SMS or phone about the training and about booking a call.
• To work out whether what I offer is a fit for you before we speak.
• To keep the site working and improve it.

Consent to be contacted

By submitting your details you agree that I may contact you by email, SMS and phone about this training and related offers. You can stop this at any time — reply STOP to any SMS, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or email me. Opting out of marketing does not stop messages directly about a call you have booked.

Who else sees it

I use third-party services to run this — website hosting, a customer relationship system, email and SMS delivery, calendar booking, and video hosting. They process your information only to provide those services to me. I do not sell your information, and I do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How long I keep it

For as long as needed for the purposes above, or as long as the law requires. If you ask me to delete your information, I will do it unless I am required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask me for a copy of the information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email support@asher-shaw.com and I will respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied with how I have handled your information, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Security

I take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

Cookies

This site and the services embedded in it may set cookies to remember your session and to measure how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18 and I do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top.
